With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the emergence of the
European Federation was inevitable. Germany, with a roaring economy,
realigned itself with the new East European republics and the
European Federation soon moved forward as the new leading force in
            world politics.
This series of scenarios requires the player to take the Blue side
on a mission to stop the rise of and domination by the Federation,
and reestablishing world balance and order.

A Federation is Born. The Federation will attempt to sway France over
to their sphere of influence. Caught off-guard while conducting
naval exercises in the Baltic, American, British and French naval
forces must deal with this new challenge.
The Federation takes the Baltic. Allied forces deployed several
carriers to support the withdrawal of their naval forces to safer
waters around Denmark. The order is now to take out the Federation's
carrier groups and air bases near St. Petersburg.
The Federation moves into the North Sea. The European Federation has
decided it can no longer tolerate American and British warships
operating in the waters north of Iceland. The Allies will attempt to
destroy Federation naval forces in the North Sea, and then run a
            strike on Severomorsk.

The Federation enters the North Atlantic. The North Sea is firmly in
Federation hands. Two carrier groups is all that stands in the way
of the Federation plowing south and making a second attempt at
wresting Iceland from the Allies, and securing the North Atlantic.
The Federation enters the Hudson Bay. By conducting maneuvers in the
Bay before hostilities began, the Federation had prepositioned an
effective fighting force. The Federation will attempt to destroy as
much Allied naval power as possible, and will target amphibious
            assets in particular.
The Federation at the gates to the Med. In controlling the North
Atlantic, the Federation stands to gain control over the entrance to
the Med. Heavy attacks on Allied assets in the Canaries is expected.
The Federation attempts to close the Atlantic. The Federation will now
attempt to capture Bermuda. Allied orders are to locate and
neutralize enemy carrier groups and missile submarines.

A Escape from the Med. The European Federation's aggression has spread
into the Mediterranean. An Allied carrier group is to take up
station in the straits off Sicily. The order is to find and destroy
the Federation's carrier groups and cruiser escort groups.
Allies take back the Med. The Allies were able to break the blockade
created by the European Federation and reinforce American naval
units in the theater. An operation is now underway to decrease the
presence of the Federation in the Med.
Bottling up the Black Sea. By putting the cork back in the bottle -
blocking Bosporus and the Black Sea - the Allies may finally
eliminate the threat of the European Federation in the
            Mediterranean.

The birth of the Near East Federation. Just when everything was
looking better for the Allies, India joins the European Federation
and several Arab States form the Near East Federation. Destroy
Federation carrier forces in the theater and secure Diego Garcia.
Operation Jewel Thief. The Allies objective in this scenario is to
take Sri Lanka. If the operation fails the Indian Ocean is most
likely to be lost. The Federation has reportedly committed two
carrier groups to thwart any Allied attempt.
East Indian Jewel. Having secured Sri Lanka, the Allies now have a
launch point to control the East Indian Ocean. The Federation will
attempt to target Allied carrier and amphibious units in their bid
            to reoccupying Sri Lanka.
The Final Showdown. The European Federation has collapsed and a treaty
is expected soon. However, hard-liners in the Arab faction refuse to
give up. A last-ditch attack on Allied interests in the Persian Gulf
            is expected soon.
